Cliquey, no real write ups. People above will conspire to replace you without pulling you aside to change a behavior or habit.

No weekend work not that much overtime

Horrible supervising a lot osha violations being broken daily. Terroristic threats being made right in front of the supervisor nothing being done about it. People bringing drugs and guns into the warehouse nothing gets done about any off that.
