Lacks Communications where it counds - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Plug Power: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They're not interested in being fiscally responsible, yet can't make a profit (the culture seems to step over a dollar to pick up a nickel). Mid-level Leadership doesn't communicate between departments. Entry management is good (in my experence). They're a 20 year old company that wants to behave like a startup. Oh, and insurance sucks too.
