Reaktion von Planview
1yThank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It is discouraging to see you had this experience at Planview. When Planview acquired Clarizen in Israel, the team made adjustments to salary and moved bonus compensation into the base salary to align with the Planview compensation model (this is not Israel specific). When we benchmark for current roles, we review compensation with this structure in mind. In addition to competitive salaries, we provide perks such as monthly card meals of a generous amount and private health insurance which is not common for company of our size in Israel. Planview did make strategic organizational changes in 2023, specifically to invest in R&D projects as well as to centralize support for different functions to better serve our customers. Although some roles moved out of Israel, other roles moved to Israel and the R&D headcount in Israel and abroad for AdaptiveWork did not decrease. Our products have been around for a while, which shows how valuable they are to customers. We are currently working intensively on modernization with teams dedicated to this.
