      Planon prod development is better place. But bad managers.

      Planon India sucks as a workplace. I don't recommend anyone to this. Its like working with a team of filth. Developers are exploited. Management is sort of **** pile.

      As an Employee, I was impressed by the genuine emphasis on work-life balance. The team respected personal time and managers were supportive and approachable. Great culture for anyone looking to grow without burning out.
