      Gul met kleine nice to have’s zoals drink op vrijdag of een pizza. Of einde jaar feest. Directe lijn naar leiding gevende. Thuis werk mogelijk.

      Te weinig personeel waardoor beloftes naar de klanten moeilijk na fe komen zijn. Enkele mensen binnen de organisatie kunnen zich alles permiteren omdat men geen back ups heeft. Puur cash gefocused. Quality, back up, support, people zijn niet belangrijk. Staff gebaseerd op -1 van wat nodig is indien project of klant kwijt personeel buiten.
