There is a pretty toxic atmosphere and environment especially within the Auckland office, and this comes right down from the NZ EGM who has no value for people. Planit's only assets are the people who work there and are out at our clients sites, but they are spoken to terribly and treated even worse. They are just seen as dollar signs and not as people or individuals - they are made to fear for their jobs. So many people have left recently and so many more are just waiting for a better opportunity (me included) somewhere / anywhere else - but no-one seems to care or look at the root cause - what are HR/P&C doing about it? Its not money or a better role that makes most people leave - its the really crappy management and extremely poor or non-existent leadership Jobs seem to get created or given to people without the option for others to apply - and this is at an intermediate/senior level - other levels or people not in the 'in crowd' need to jump through hoops to even be considered.
