However, we are always looking for ways to create a meaningful experience for our employees - through things like PlanSource Cares, and investing in ongoing training and development. We're proud of what we have achieved over the past 3 years and we've become profitable and increased our customer retention and satisfaction scores. Additionally, we are continuing to find ways to address employees' concerns on workload - like reviewing our staffing plans, finding ways to be more efficient through new tools, and backfilling key roles.
