We always love to read about our amazing team and are glad that the people you worked with were kind, friendly and willing to help. We agree, it can be a culture change when moving between professional environments like retail into SaaS and it is not for everyone. All great cultures strive for honesty, transparency, and great communication with their teams; so, it does give us something to think about if our responses come across as nothing-speak.
We strive for open communication and have continued to host regularly scheduled company-wide town hall meetings where team members are encouraged to submit anonymous questions to be answered. We also have an open-door policy that means anyone can come to HR or an Executive level team member with any questions or concerns. We wish you the best as you find the path that works for you.
