      Pros

      I have literally learned at least 3-5 new things a day. It's a whole new world at Plansource, specially if you do not have benefits background. The work is challenging and keeps you interested. I find myself working from home just cause sometimes, because I truly enjoy my job. It is BUSY! If that's not your thing, you won't like it.

      There is a LOT of work to be done during Q4. Be ready to put in 50hrs/wk minimum during busy times. It gets a little overwhelming, specially if you're new during that time, but it's manageable since everyone is willing to help. The only things I think could improve to make Plansource perfect are: - Medical insurance (a little too expensive and not the best) - Tuition Reimbursement (retain and develop your talent :) ) - Department specific training (the onboarding training is generic and does not prepare you for your role) - Revamped inhouse training resources/knowledge database (the training materials are very 1996 - long Word docs, etc. but I think this is on the works)

Yes, it is challenging and busy - and it will, at times, push you out of your comfort zone; however, that's how growth and innovation are fostered, and we certainly appreciate all that you've put into that growth and innovation - we are only who we are because of employees like YOU.       Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
