'Warm leads' were three years old with many who would scream down the other end of phone 'I have asked to be taken off list'. Were pushed to use these 'so called' leads and blamed for the lack of appointments from these leads. One of the higher managers also claimed a few of our sales. High turn over!!!!! On average., about one person would leave per week! At the beginning of employment (inc me) we were enthusiastic but it didn't take long to feel discouraged!!!! They expected 6 days a week work run for less than 600/week with lots of driving all over city, and telemarketing sales. Work/life balance meant absolutely nothing to them!!!! No organisation!!!! Didn't know what to expect from one day to the next!!! Would be told to book appointments for one day, then told to cancel those to do telemarketing of booth tasting!!! Terrible terrible place to work for!!!
