Upper management uses People First Culture as a tool to discipline and terminate hardworking people who are not liked or “in the clique”. Don’t make the wrong person mad, or you will be fired.

If you have the ability to troubleshoot machinery and like it, then you will do well.

If you are not a driven person to repair machinery on your own and want to learn more, then don't apply here. You will struggle!

Good exposure to various accounting topics, a lot of pride in the product and serving customers.

Kontras

Good place to work if you’re happy with being compensated with donuts for your extra effort and hours. Don’t expect much support from other departments, very siloed. Fingers will be pointed for things out of your control. Favoritism is a problem and lack of appreciation for efforts/improvements. Often times your questions will be faced with condescension. Not many folks of retirement age are on the finance staff. Interpret that as you may.
