Has a serious lack of leadership and avoids tackling issues head-on. Prefers a backstabbing approach with those who disagree with him. Compensation-wise, execs are over-compensated while the rest of the employees are under-compensated. Execs are a group of vultures trying to swoop on each other whenever they have a chance.
