Ups and downs of indie studio

Super flexible hours, work from home available, unlimited vacation time. Lots of creative freedom. At the time I was working there we had some amazing talent working there and could have made some amazing games together.

Very unstable (as most small studios tend to be). Issue with pay and medical insurance payments made it difficult for many people to stay. Too aggressive deadlines for games. Quality standards suffered.
