Some decent managers and capable staff, but some staff receive hugely beneficial treatment and appear to operate outside the rules without any reprimand or control. Of slight concern was that several senior managers got pregnant and then never returned which raised questions as to why (where did they go and why?). Communication sometimes slow/non-existent
