Worst Company with no value for employees and their loyalty - General Manager - Finance & Accounts bei Phonographic Performance: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Company is deep rooted on favoritism and nepotism. If you are an ' yes boss' you will survive. One's own thinking and intelligence has no value. No heirarchy protocols followed whatsoever. The management does not trust its employees. I would say, this has been the case in the last two years. However, under the earlier management this was not the case. Everybody had their own space to work and delilver, unlike in the current situation, where you are just a puppet in the hands of the management.
