Your coding skills will suffer over time working here. Expect to have to travel, given no advance notice whatsoever. A very "cheap" company - Your car mileage is only recovered at .50cents a kilometer, less than even the government repays. You will get paid less than the industry average salary working here. The company is in a spiral of hiring more and more from India all the time. I won't be surprised if they soon stop hiring from Canada altogether.

Salary was decent, more than I asked for, although I'm told it's worse than average. Good benefits, but your paycheck is docked. A lot of people are friendly and helpful, but not everyone.

May depend on the position, but generally it's way too stressful. The culture is one of intimidation. You are expected to work ridiculously long hours and do the work of multiple people because management refuses to assign proper resources to a project. Management won't listen. It's nearly impossible to get anything changed / improved. Everyone is overworked, tired, and frustrated. Even parking is a problem. In short, do not work here.
