Awful - IT Systems Administrator bei Phinge: Mitarbeiterbewertung

My direct coworkers were nice (emphasis on "were" since Phinge no longer has a single person on payroll that isn't the boss' son)

I pride myself in always maintaining a positive attitude and giving people the benefit of the doubt but I was pushed to my breaking point almost daily at Phinge. Communication and organization is severely lacking and the level of trust and respect given to employees is honestly upsetting.

You get an hour lunch

Your office is shared with four other people, feels like a sweat shop. The office is monitored with security cameras, your workstation is monitored as well. The whole building is monitored. His son is the CTO but doesn't even have a degree in computer science, he just uses Blender a lot. Nepotism at its best. The boss will micromanage everyone and doesn't allow any talk that isn't related to work. 10 hour work days with one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. It's mandatory to come in every other Saturday to listen to the boss and his son argue and call that a meeting. No timeline, you don't feel like work gets done because the always add new things or change things. There's a lot wrong with this company.
