Fun to be around geeks. The staff is great. Everyone gets along pretty much.

CEO has major issues. Doesn't want to pay his staff what they're worth. He will tell you to do something and will sign off on it and then make you back out without paying the source/vendor. Everyone in the office and warehouse seem scared of this man. The turn over is extremely high. There is no structure to the company whatsoever.
I really thought I'd thrive here but the CEO/Founder will not let me do my job (which I know how to do without his instruction). He also like to demean his staff in front of guests as if he owns them. He did it to me once and in a private meeting he literally asked me "So, how did it feel when I threw you under the bus?" Completely unprofessional.
