Leadership is disorganized, with poor communication and mismanagement. They focus on meeting quotas and budget using outdated strategies, neglecting employee well-being and growth. Salaries are below market value, contributing to low morale, and there's limited opportunity for career advancement. While products offer good image quality, stability is lacking which creates a lot of headaches for everyone. HR is unprofessional and unhelpful.
