Pros

You can take as long a lunch as you want, they don't even care if you show up to work. No deadlines to hit as you have no work to do, reading reddit for hours is a daily occurrence.

Kontras

Lots of firings taking place from directors to seniors to peons. Place is highly unstable and you have to ask yourself daily "is today my day they fire me". But don't take my word for it, come here and experience for yourself.

Fast growing, good benefits, co workers are nice and helpful.

Kontras

Pay is less than other companies, c-suite doesn’t seem to be involved much. Work load is intense.
