      Ability to create own schedule

      Too many to list but primarily upper management. Extremely high turnover across all departments and many veteran employees who helped to grow company have either left on their own accord or have been let go unjustifiably.

      good environment - non-toxic and everyone is friendly good leadership

      Overtime hours - 10hrs a day (with saturdays sometimes being mandatory) On your feet all day (but you get mostly used to it)
