location is great benefits are very competitive talented colleagues but we seem to be lowering the bar you can still find the old culture here and there

lack of a long term vision and strong leadership, hence it's hard to plan any sort of a medium or long term career at Pfizer. Sr. management is new to the industry and has different priorities and objectives (not sure what they are). old culture where our vision and people come first has all but disappeared. resources are being taking away...need to learn to do much more with much less. lack of development and career growth opportunities... despite the "scrappy" initiatives, mgmt is still bureaucratic and slow.
