Flexible work hours, good benefits.

This company is run by the CFO who is friend to the Owner. They used the tornado and covid as an excuse to fire the people they did not like. These were hard working people. All were let go under the explanation of the company needing to cut back because of covid. Two months later they hired new people. Never offered ONE person their job back during that year , instead hired all new people. The salaries were unfair as well, lots of nepotism. The CFO is totally unfair , turns a simple task into a massive 5 person job, and runs the office and manipulates the owner CEO.

The workplace is plagued by chaotic leadership behaviors that create a toxic and unstable environment. There is a constant sense of uncertainty , with expectations and goals frequently changing, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Processes are overly complex and bureaucratic, which hampers productivity and adds unnecessary hurdles. We often have to redo work due to inefficiencies, and change initiatives are often labeled as improvements even when they seem to do more harm than good. Overall, the organization needs a serious overhaul to improve communication, stability, and morale.
