The culture is toxic and often uncivil, especially at leadership level. Difficult conversations are avoided or mishandled, and feedback is not welcomed unless it's positive. The leadership team consists mostly of the family members, which creates a lack of accountability and makes it very hard to challenge decisions, even when they are clearly detrimental.
