      Culture for sure, that’s what gets you in the door. But don’t let it fool you. Culture is great but that alone won’t retain employees

      Training equated to watching videos and participating in webinars. Then your manager would just pop onto your phone line, listen in and then give feedback. While it is very clear that calls are a big deal, it would have been nice to have more hands on training. In my opinion the best way to go about that would be having new CORE employees working under an account executive to get a feel for things and truly understand the business.

      Thank you very much for your feedback. Our New Employee On-boarding and Immersion Committee is currently working to revamp our training program for new RPO and Core team members.       Personify has a culture that is unmatched in the industry. From the wing eating contest, to birthday parties, Personify Olympics, and charitable activities - it is a ton of fun! The leaders in the organization provide clear direction and an opportunity for growth for every employee. Who would have thought that recruiting could actually be a team sport! The offerings in the RPO space are fantastic, and allow customers to align cost with demand and urgency. The Executive Recruitment Team are experts in their space, and actually care about their candidates and customers. Inside the office, you have a team of people that truly care about each other.

      None that I can think of. Growth always creates some challenges, but they are addressed immediately and handled in the best interest of Personify and its employees
