Small company. Business is dependent on clients' needs/demands. PCM culture is separate from culture at various client locations where almost all time is spent. No real upward mobility (the team is almost all PMs and CMs with very limited positions of higher leadership). Lacking in terms of training for onboarding teammates. Conversations about growth/development/training/pay/performance usually need to be initiated from the bottom up.
