Negative - Look Elsewhere - Sales bei Perry Construction Management: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I had the pleasure of missing out on two great opportunities to be let go from this place in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks due to “lack of fit”. I was the FIRST sales person here and to say they knew what my job description / duties were was the biggest joke of them all. Complete cluster amongst management. COO would tell me one thing, CEO complete opposite, then onto HR who kind of trained me? Nothing was outlined on exact procedure or what was expected of me since this was a newly developed position. Believe they realized they didn’t have anything sorted. Their loss they up and let me go without even trying to figure out their own position first. To top it all off before letting me go, the COO had a giant hissy fit belittling me and yelling on video call. I knew right then this was a terrible organization to work for, just upset i chose this company instead of the others i had lined up because I thought I liked the company culture and outlook. Look elsewhere!
