Great Brands!!! Good pay if you come in at top management level or mid management level outside of Sales. Good exposure outside of the Sales function.
Kontras
Remuneration tied to the whims of functional heads. Skewed resourcing, with critical functions being under resourced and less important ones being over resourced. Overly focused on the Marketing side with significantly lower emphasis on the Sales side especially as regards remuneration.
