International travel. If you've got a good boss they will look after you if you don't there's not much hope for you.

They spend an awful lot of money indoctrinating you into the program, but there isn't an opportunity for progression, it's a graduate program with no jobs at the end for candidates. The older brand ambassadors aren't very helpful, and I've seen them victimize other graduates, they don't answer emails and have monumental egos that you need to contend with. Essentially it's a tick box exercise for them to get you in and out the door. We witnessed marketing assistants who had no field experience go on to much better roles than us after three years. It's terrible for your body - huge amounts of alcohol are consumed - and you can be trotted out just to do glass in hand events, because you;ve got a british accent.
