Often company leaders will gang up on other employees - expectations to use your own car to drive hundreds if not thousands of miles a month. - CEOs unwilling to listen to anyone elses opinion- believe it's their way or the highway. - expectation to stay late. When I made a complaint about work load I was told I should be staying until 8pm at night to get it done. I was contracted until 5pm. - often contacted at the weekend regarding non urgent work things. Expectation to make Perkier your whole life.
