Pros
Great culture. With one exception (see cons), this company has a great engineering culture and engineering is very well managed. For instance, if you want to try out a different team, there's a process for that. There are useful processes for sharing initiatives across engineering teams. Super thorough onboarding for engineers.
Kontras
No career ladder. Before I left, TravelPerk had no titles for engineers, everyone was "Software Engineer." However, there were plans to change this but I don't know if it happened or not. Not a remote-first company. Despite being a travel company, where you could be remote and bring everyone together via travel, there was a very office-first stance.
