Guaranteed overtime, daytime hours, no weekends usually

There is a lot of money being made there, just not by the production workers who work their tails off all day every day. If you’re a good worker, expect harder work with more responsibilities for no additional pay. You will not be given a choice. You will be expected to work until an unspecified time when management decides you’ve done enough (not that most of them stick around to the end or help in any way) regardless of what other responsibilities you have in your personal life.

Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

Kontras

poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
