      Great atmosphere with outstanding leadership.

      Technology is vintage and outdated. They know it and have plans, but they are slow to implement it in the field. Meanwhile, the competition has already moved into the next generation of technology.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
