      Same problems as any corporate job. Very difficult to change things that have been done for years. Need to either adapt or go somewhere else. Focus on positives ignore the negative

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
