      Upper management doesn't understand the sales force and the level of competition. Transportation doesn't deliver food on time to restaurants and creates problems for sales force.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
