      Great people. Upper management is on task and pointing this DC in the right direction. Decent pay and steady hours.

      Hours can be long. Salary means you pick up the slack. Infighting between depts cause by managers mentality.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
