      Good insurance, weekends off. They will hire anyone with a CDL.

      Long hours, worked 90+ hours in 5 days, Don't get much sleep (maybe 4 hours a day)

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
