Pros

Flexible Hours, decent pay and good products. Great Credit department and helpful customer service reps. Great co workers in the Opco area.

Kontras

No training, no employee development, poorly functioning operations and logistics. High turnover and no real focus on the direction that the company is headed. Overall lack of a better plan.

Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

Kontras

poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
