Office staff are self managed so you are able to take lunches or run out for personal appointments when needed without asking for permission, within reason. Very laid back culture.

The company is in the no-mans-land of size. Not small but not large and as a result there is much tension and conflict, at the time of this posting. High turnover and overworked people. A recipe for quick burnout.
