Kontras
No sense of management structure. At the bay area branch, they have 1 progress follow-ups (appraisals) a year with no progress tracking/updates throughout the year. Depending on your team, there is a chance of being not learning the ways properly and then be expected to handle everything like you already know the system. Also a lot of harassment red flags in the office.
