Owner was out of touch with reality and trying to do business like he was still trapped in the 80s. My understanding is that this owner is 3rd generation in the car business which means he grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth and he definitely acts the part. It is also my understanding that every dealership he has personally been in charge of has failed. Very arrogant and sees his employees as "cattle". Highest employee turnover that I have ever seen of any company including fast food restaurants.
