It's all positive, no cons come to mind

I had the pleasure of working with Perform Partners on a 12-month contract as a Network Architect, supporting a large and complex cloud migration project for a major cosmetics client. From day one, the entire team at Perform Partners were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. Despite being a contractor, I was always made to feel like a valued member of the Perform Partners family. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, and everyone I worked with demonstrated genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for the client. The leadership team are approachable and communicative, and there’s a real sense of pride in the work they do. It was a privilege to be part of such a forward-thinking and capable organisation, and I would gladly work with them again in the future.
