Pros
Like many of the other comments, the only good remaining at Perforce are the smart, talented, and amazing people that were here before the Summit acquisition.
Kontras
Where to start.... 1. Janet Dryer and Mark Ties are the biggest cons for the company, and more accurately, just cons in general. Our new "leaders" have continued to lie to the organization, and do it with a straight face. At an All Hands earlier this year (following a few rounds of lay-offs), they stood in front of the entire company and stated that they were going to be offering stock to all employees, as this was the team that was going to be with the company until the end. I believe their words were "lay offs are done." Since that time, they have closed an entire office, and continue letting people go. So much for no more lay-offs. 2. They sent out a company-wide survey asking employees about the specific benefits that were the most important to individuals. The results showed Mo Days and massage at the top. These are the same benefits that are soon to go. Why ask us for feedback, if you're not going to listen to it? 3. We also hear over and over that the decisions and changes they're making are all in an effort to "grow Perforce." The only thing growing at Perforce is the Minnesota office.
