I have been promoted many times in my 5+ years here, recognized for outstanding work and been given multiple opportunities to work on exciting, fun projects. My boss is very engaged in my happiness here and looks for opportunities to give me projects that I'm excited to work on. The PTO policy and the insurance benefits are exceptional and promote excellent work/life balance. They also have very competitive maternity leave benefits. The CEO is inspiring. He has a strong sense of focus on growth and profitability as well as dedication to integrity, customer experience and other important values. These are things that clearly influence the culture of openness and transparency. The "town hall" meetings held regularly by the CEO and COO are inspiring and energizing.

The company is growing really fast, so if change is something that makes you uncomfortable, you may not enjoy working here. I find that the many acquisitions each year and the fast pace are exciting and make it feel like I'm working at a different company every year. Things evolve and change quickly, and people change roles frequently. It's a wild ride.
