Pros
I started employment at Perficient when the economy tanked and I needed employment. As a source of income it was sufficient. Some business units are better than others - be careful which group you're signing up to support.

- no face-to-face interview getting started - no exit interview - no communication across the various groups within the company to enable and reward units for resource sharing when my assigned unit has no billable work - no incentive for groups to share resources - no yearly review by my manager - coworkers described a sense of angst she their cell phone rings and shows the group manager is calling - no communication between my manager and HR that I was out the door
