They'll say otherwise but don't believe it, read previous bullet. - family insurance is expensive ($600+ per month) - hardly any positive recognition from management - too many products being sold without enough communication or training on new items - sales is NOT sales, it's cold calling and recruiting in a call center environment that focuses more on phone stats than employee wellbeing - upper management is a bunch of good ol' boys - sales director that joked about firing people ("get it done or you're fired, *lol*") - lowkey racism/sexism in the workplace - never felt safe in my employment (was written up for talking about a review my second year)
