This company is a great company, but every great company has flaws
Mid level management. They try their best to have a good culture(finance team for the win). Great direct coworker team work. Knowledge team member with great insight on the industry.Multiple departments great for cross . Very short noncompete. This company is great to build a foundation for a new industry.

C suite level with outdated methods on employee morale Does not offer hybrid type of work, even though very capable of doing so. As a sales rep for a cap on commissions,. Very expensive benefits package. I would not recommend this company for best workplace environment. Unrealistic PTO & sick time. If you have a side business they were resent you in take methods to fire you. No room for growth and investments within the company. First to lose a customer and won’t do anything more to try to keep them.
