Pros
The people at this company are amazing. Even during my first week, I felt like I was already part of the PerfectMind family. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and if you are ever stuck on something and need help, it's easy to reach out and receive support from colleagues.
Kontras
The company is growing fast and undergoing change, so with this comes challenges. Some processes are lacking (communication, recognition, etc) but I think there are people in the company who are trying to improve this. Though people are friendly and approachable, it can be a bit hard to meet new people, as everyone sticks to their work and area in the office (not necessarily a bad thing - we're all focused!). There is Social Fridays, but not many attend. I would have loved to see more team bonding events.
