It's disappointing to know that key individuals are pushing employees to submit reviews to improve overall standing on social site - Glassdoor/Indeed, etc. I think if an employee wishes to submit an "HONEST" review or a "FAKE" review, it will show that the organization is being unauthentic. Poor management - ignorant managers trying to run the organization, who ONLY promote themselves, not the business or people who work really hard to service their client base. Extremely Low Salaries - Not based on standards in IT, or offer any form of salary increase, within 3 years. Product - lacks integrity, constant bugs regardless of enterprise or small business options, overselling the product based on performance, doesn't meet the needs of large park and recreations.
