AVOID - People in accounts bullied until they leave after 3-6 months which has been going on for years. - Management have provided professional help for the person bullying but nothing for those leaving with self described mental health issues. - This is also a refection of very poor human resources and management in general. - No room for growth, and they don't do pay reviews. - Brethren company so there is a natural divide between Brethren management and non-Brethren staff. - Site listed Projects Director is no longer with the company and General Manager listed has recently resigned.
